2. Description of Service
Mochi Web Agent is a desktop application that automates browser tasks using user-defined scenarios with scheduling and Telegram integration.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. Mochi may not be used to scrape data in violation of third-party terms of service.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mochi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect only your email address and subscription status. Payments are processed by Paddle.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to authenticate your account and send service-related communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Local Data
Scenario data, browser credentials, and API keys are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Paddle for payment processing and OpenAI API for summaries. Only web data collected by your scenarios is sent to OpenAI.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the 14-day window.
